Laura Connarty-Duncan is a seasoned business coach with over two decades of hands on leadership experience in SME businesses across Australia and the UK, including arts organisations, NFPs, charities, NDIS providers, associations, and male dominated industries. With a Degree in Management, certification from Fempire, and graduation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Laura brings a powerful blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of what it takes to build a sustainable, profitable business.

Laura is also a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant, an Australian Institute of HR professional, and a DEI and women’s development workshop facilitator for corporate and community organisations. Alongside her business coaching work, she is an experienced leadership coach, supporting women to lead with confidence, clarity, and real presence.
