These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Fempire websites. Fempire is a trading name of TLCH Consulting Pty Ltd ATF TLCH Trust, ABN 69 122 753 453, PO Box 643, Burpengary QLD 4505, Australia.

By using this website you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What these terms do not cover. If you purchase a Fempire program, certification or training package, the Training Package Terms and Conditions apply to that purchase, together with the Cancellations and Refunds Policy. Fempire Academy memberships are governed by the Fempire Academy Membership Terms. Those documents are published on this website and take precedence over these Terms of Use in the event of any inconsistency.

1. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with your interest in Fempire’s services. You must not:

  • Use the site in a way that damages, disables or impairs it, or interferes with another user’s access
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, accounts or systems
  • Scrape, harvest or extract data from the site, including coach or member details, by automated means
  • Use any contact details published on the site for unsolicited marketing
  • Post or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, misleading, offensive or infringing

2. Accounts and logins

Some areas of the site, including Fempire Academy, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you and must not be shared, sold or transferred.

Tell us promptly at admin@fempire.com.au if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Fempire may suspend or close an account where these Terms of Use are breached.

3. Intellectual property

Fempire and its licensors own the intellectual property in all material on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, downloadable resources, program descriptions and the Fempire methodology. All rights are reserved.

You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from material on this site, or use it to develop or deliver any competing program, course or certification, unless the material is expressly made available for redistribution.

The Fempire name, logo and brand assets may not be used without a written licence from Fempire.

4. Purchases through this website

Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST where GST applies. Where you are located outside Australia, you are responsible for any local taxes, duties and currency conversion costs.

An order is accepted when Fempire issues a confirmation. Fempire may decline any order. Where an obvious pricing or description error occurs, Fempire may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Programs, certification and training packages are governed by the Training Package Terms and Conditions. Fempire Academy memberships are governed by the Fempire Academy Membership Terms. Digital products and other items purchased through the store are governed by the Cancellations and Refunds Policy.

5. Fempire certified coaches and the coach directory

Fempire certifies coaches against its own methodology and standards. Certification confirms that a coach has completed the Fempire certification pathway. It is not a warranty of any particular outcome, and it is not a professional registration or licence.

Where a program is purchased through Fempire, your agreement is with Fempire and Fempire is responsible for delivery, including where delivery is carried out by a certified coach or mentor coach engaged by Fempire.

Where you engage a Fempire certified coach directly in their own business, your agreement is with that coach. Fempire is not a party to that engagement and is not responsible for the services provided, the fees charged, or the coach’s own terms. Certified coaches operate their own independent businesses and cannot bind Fempire or make commitments on its behalf.

Listings in the coach directory are provided for information. Fempire does not guarantee that a listed coach has current availability, insurance or registration in your jurisdiction.

6. Information, results and testimonials

Content on this website is general in nature and is provided for information. It is not legal, financial, taxation, insurance or medical advice, and it does not take account of your particular circumstances. Fempire does not provide financial product advice and does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence. Obtain your own professional advice before acting.

Case studies, testimonials and results shared on this site reflect the experience of the individuals concerned. They are not a promise or guarantee of any outcome. Results depend on your own circumstances, decisions and implementation.

7. Linking to this website

You may link to our home page or to a public page on this site, provided the link is not misleading, does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval that has not been given, and appears in a context consistent with these Terms of Use.

Use of the Fempire logo or other brand assets for linking requires our prior written consent. Fempire may ask you to remove a link at any time, and you agree to do so promptly on request.

8. Links to other websites

This website may link to third party sites, including partner, member and affiliate sites. Those links are provided for convenience. Fempire does not control and is not responsible for the content, products, services or privacy practices of any third party site, and a link is not an endorsement.

Some links may be affiliate links, meaning Fempire may receive a commission if you purchase through them. This never affects the price you pay and does not influence what we recommend.

9. Cookies and privacy

This website uses cookies to operate the site, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. Some of our advertising and analytics partners may also set cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

Fempire collects, holds and uses personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the Fempire Privacy Policy published on this website.

10. SMS notifications

Where you submit a form on this website and opt in to SMS notifications, Fempire may send appointment reminders and confirmations to the mobile number you provide. Where you have also given marketing consent, Fempire may send prompts to confirm an unconfirmed appointment.

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP, and we will confirm your unsubscribe by SMS. Reply HELP for assistance or contact admin@fempire.com.au. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To rejoin, opt in again through the form.

11. Use of artificial intelligence tools

Fempire uses AI tools to assist with drafting and refining written content, including emails, social media, website copy and marketing materials.

  • AI tools are used internally as a drafting and productivity aid only
  • All AI-assisted content is reviewed and approved by a member of the Fempire team before it is published or sent
  • Strategy, messaging and final decisions remain the responsibility of Fempire and its team
  • Fempire does not input personally identifiable client information into AI tools without appropriate safeguards
  • Fempire takes full responsibility for all published content, and AI-assisted content is not professional advice of any kind

Fempire may update its use of AI tools and this section at any time. Questions can be directed to admin@fempire.com.au.

12. Availability and accuracy

Fempire aims to keep this website accurate, current and available, but does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of viruses. Fempire may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Where a right or remedy may be limited, Fempire’s liability is limited, at Fempire’s election, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having the service supplied again.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to section 13, Fempire is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on information published on it, including indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit, revenue or opportunity.

Where content or services are provided free of charge, Fempire accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from them, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use take effect on the date shown at the top of this page. Fempire may update them at any time, and the version published on this website applies to your use of the site from the date it is published.

16. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
