Moving your Fempire program to a later date

Life happens. If you cannot start or continue your program as planned, deferment is almost always a better outcome than cancelling, and it is the first option we will look at with you.

1. What deferment means
Deferment moves your place to the next available intake, or another intake of your choice subject to availability. Fees already paid carry across in full. Your enrolment is not cancelled and no refund is involved.
2. Notice periods and fees
More than 14 days before your start date. Deferment is granted without penalty.
Between 8 and 14 days before your start date. Deferment may be granted and incurs an administration fee of AUD $220 including GST.
Within 7 days of your start date. Deferment is not usually granted, because your place, materials and coaching time have already been committed. We will consider genuine exceptional circumstances on a case by case basis.
3. How many times
You may defer once without penalty. Each further deferment incurs an administration fee of AUD $220 including GST and is granted at our discretion.
4. Expiry
Your program must be commenced within twelve (12) months of enrolment. If it is not, your place expires and fees paid are forfeited.
We will contact you before that point where we can. Where genuine exceptional circumstances have prevented you from commencing, including serious illness, bereavement, caring responsibilities or significant business disruption, you may apply in writing for an extension. Fempire will consider each application on its merits and may grant an extension of up to a further six (6) months. Contact us before the twelve months is up rather than after.
5. Deferring mid-program
If you have started your program and need to pause, contact us at admin@fempire.com.au. Depending on the circumstances we may offer a pause and restart in a later intake, or an extension of your access. Mid-program deferment is granted at our discretion and the twelve month expiry in section 4 continues to apply.
6. How to apply
Email admin@fempire.com.au with your name, program, start date and the reason for your request, together with any supporting information. We will respond within five (5) business days.
Deferment is approved at Fempire’s discretion on a case by case basis. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Alternatives
Transfer. You may transfer or gift your place to another woman at no cost, provided it is arranged at least fourteen (14) days before your start date.
