What Makes a Fempire Coach, a Fempire Coach?

Fempire coaches

Did you know that Fempire is the number one business coaching brand for women?

And that you can be part of the Fempire Coach movement…

Fempire is the brainchild of APAC CEO of the Year, bestselling author and successful global businesswoman and coach, Marnie LeFevre.

After running a successful coaching business for several years. She found that there was a high demand for business coaches who understood women. How to deal with the unique issues they face in business. She realised that in order to help support more businesswomen. She would need to build a system that supported female business coaches.

And so Fempire was born!

We have now had several amazing Fempire Certified female business coaches work with us. All of which own their own businesses with the added support provided by officially being Fempire Certified Coaches!

What does Certification mean exactly?

Starting your own business from scratch is tough, to say the least! You don’t have the established resources & programs. Marketing strategies, pricing models, or support systems that other, more established coaching brands do.

And even if you’re already an established business coach and have some of these things. We know that building a brand alone can often feel isolating and scary.

Which is where we come in!

You can become Certified as a Fempire Business coach, and gain the resources (so many resources!) and ongoing training that you will need to stay competitive in a saturated industry.

You never have to feel lonely in business again.

You will also gain the support of Marnie. Our Master Coach sisterhood, and the team here at Fempire HQ – so you never have to feel lonely in business again!

And we’ve been doing this a while so we know exactly what works and what doesn’t…

What led them to Fempire?

Our coaches were able to fast-track their coaching business under the Fempire brand. Gain clients quickly and are now making a huge difference to female-led businesses using the coaching support and systems we created.

So what led to our Fempire coaches, well… becoming Fempire coaches?

Let’s find out!

Kate’s Story

When I was in my mid-thirties it looked like I had the perfect life. I was a successful consulting engineer, I’d worked my way up the corporate ranks from a process engineer. Up to Team Leader to Senior Management. I was earning great money and travelling the world, speaking at different international conferences.

But on the inside, I was miserable.

I’ve knew that engineering wasn’t a good fit for me and I’d been feeling like a misfit my entire career. I was suffering from chronic fatigue and was having a lot of trouble falling pregnant.

I was desperate to find a solution…and to feel better.

Then I had an epiphany.

I decided to quit my job and find something I could feel passionate about.

I decided to quit my job and find something I could feel passionate about.

After a lot of soul searching, I decided I wanted to spend my life helping people. Who felt miserable in their work like I had. I wasn’t sure what that would look like but I was willing to try to work it out!

I began by getting to know myself better. And started to gradually identify what I wanted for myself, not what others wanted for me. It was a long journey, with many highs and lows but it was worth every moment.

Became so much happier and healthier. I healed my chronic fatigue and finally fell pregnant and carried my baby to term.

I have two beautiful little boys now and a thriving coaching business with Fempire. If I hadn’t followed my truth I don’t like to even think about where I’d be now.

It’s not all smooth sailing, none of life is, but at least I’m on a path I want to be on now. I’m so grateful that I made the decision to quit and pursue my passion.

Samantha’s Story

I’ve been learning and implementing, failing and succeeding for years as an entrepreneur. But I’ve finally reached the point where I can say I love my job.

I love the way I can teach, support, and inspire my clients. Giving people the space to become who they really want to be.

It’s taken me a long time to get here. Not too long ago I felt like a shell of a person, trying new things. But not finding any fulfilment in them.

I wasn’t happy as a stay at home mum or as a partner in my husband’s business. But I was lost and unsure of my path forward.

I was lost and unsure of my path forward.

At one point a recruitment agency told me that they didn’t know what to do with me. That my skills were stale, and I stayed in one job for too long.

I was devastated, but I didn’t let it beat me.

I headed back to university to get myself that piece of paper that would prove them wrong. That would prove that I was worthwhile.

And I eventually found myself in a new job. But it soon dawned on me that if I continued to work, rather than doing my own thing. I’d always have to answer to someone else.

I’ve wanted to do more. I had so many ideas and directions that I wanted to explore that I couldn’t do working for someone else.

I decided that I needed to start saying yes to all of the things I wanted to say yes to. And to follow my passion, which led to my becoming a Fempire Coach, and I love it!

It can be terrifying, and even though I have all the experience I need. I still suffer from imposter syndrome sometimes.

But I’ve learned the more I say yes to me. The happier I become and as a result, so do the people around me.

I love being a coach, I love supporting my clients and seeing them succeed. Beyond their wildest dreams and I love my life now.

It took me a while but I wouldn’t change a thing.

Treah’s Story

I have always felt like an entrepreneur, and have an inner knowing that I am meant to be carving my own path.

I guess you could say I’ve had a pretty diverse career so far. I’m a trained copywriter, and have worked in content creation, communications, entrepreneurship and marketing. I’ve started an interior design business, ran a profitable MLM and even had a freelance copywriting business.

Not too long ago I took a sharp turn. When I started working as a critical care nurse in a busy hospital. I enjoyed it, but entrepreneurship is in my blood. And after a while, I became tired, restless and unsure how to change it.

I felt stuck.

This feeling was due to a disconnect between what I was actually doing and what I was born to do.  My work was important, but there was a nagging sensation that something was missing.

In my experience, this shows itself as cracks begin to form in one or more areas of our lives. Most people simply get used to living in discomfort, but others are forced to sit up and pay attention.

In my case, paying attention took the breakdown of my marriage.

We had two beautiful kids, I worked hard in a job I felt was important, yet I had nothing left to give.

That’s the thing about neglecting yourself, it’s not selfless or heroic.

After ignoring my needs for so long, it had resulted in a complete collapse of who I was and how I wanted to show up in the world.

I spent a lot of time allowing myself to heal and grow, becoming the woman I wanted to be. I started speaking and walking my truth.

Thankfully, my husband and I found our way back to each other, both of us better human beings, parents, partners. We even had another baby together!

It wasn’t easy but I wouldn’t change any of it.

I am proud to say that I am building the life of my dreams.

As a Fempire Coach, I aim to challenge the narrative that women can’t have it all. And I have walked the path that many women find themselves on.

I never stop learning and growing, and every day I continue to learn with intention.

What makes a Fempire Coach?

The business world can be a tricky place to navigate, and most of the advice available online caters to men. Not women. Fempire aims to provide resources and support to deal specifically with issues faced by women in business. All of our coaches are women for a reason – because we “get it” as only women can.

All of these women carry with them unique experiences, disciplines, and strengths. Combine this with a love of entrepreneurship. A passion for helping other women succeed, and you have the ideal Fempire Coach.
