Fempire & the Women|Future Conference

by

Faces of women in business.

We are all familiar with the adage “if you want to be successful, surround yourself with successful people”. But professional events for female entrepreneurs can be hard to come by. Which is why, when the opportunity arose for Fempire to partner with an event that champions female thought and business leaders we jumped at the chance!

Commencing since 2002. The Stevie® Awards for Women in Business has grown to over 1500 nominees from over 70 nations (of which we are extremely proud to be a finalist!) across over 100 categories including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year, Startup of the Year, Women Helping Women, and Women Run Workplace of the Year.

In its 19th year, the Stevie Awards for Women in Business received a remarkable collection of outstanding nominations

Maggie Miller, president of the Stevie Awards

In 2018, the Stevie® Awards introduced the Women|Future Conference. A virtual event that brings together CEOs, founders, small business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, directors, and managers, as well as women between jobs or starting a career transition who are seeking mentorship.

Today, the online event spans 4 days with over 20 panels, workshops, and breakout sessions hosted by 80 female leaders of industry from organisations such as Accenture, Goldman Sachs, Hilton, HUGO BOSS, IBM, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Nestle, and T-Mobile.

Boasting AI-enabled networking capabilities, the Women|Future Conference delivers on its promise to ensure like-minded attendees connect on a variety of topics, from infusing diversity, inclusion, and equity in an organisation’s business practices to financial wellness, investing, and managing your relationship with money.

The Women|Future Conference Senior Manager of Events, Ruslana Milikhiker, remarked on the transformation since the first annual Women|Future Conference;
“In 2018, the Women Future Conference was created to complement the highly successful Stevie® Awards for Women in Business competition to give high-achieving women professionals, thought leaders, and entrepreneurs a place to come together, share ideas, and network.”

Nina Moore, the Director of Marketing & Communications, added,
“Today, the Women|Future Conference serves women on a larger scale. Our conference tagline Cultivate Your Tomorrow was added in 2020. We chose this phrase because the conference encourages attendees to not only embrace their tomorrow, but to tackle career, personal, and life goals. The Women|Future Conference goes beyond the changing business landscape and focuses on current issues we all face as working women.”

Fempire is extremely proud to be a part of this empowering event for women in business all over the world and to have our own Marnie LeFevre speaking at this years event.
